Mdf doors are built of a medium density fiberboard which is a processed wood product and are usually applied in paint grade applications. The task can be made much easier by using a flexible panel product called kerfkore see photo right top. My helper spurred that on feeding me. I have tried making a press and gluing together sheets of 3mm mdf using a polyurethene fast set glue and have found the finished door thicker in some places than others due to foaming effect of the glue. For this part we forgot to take pictures but the process is fairly simple.
